Support jacks are equipment used to support and stabilize specific parts of aircraft during maintenance and repair processes. With the support jacks it manufactures, Makro Aero meets the requirements of narrow-body and wide-body aircraft. It is also ready to design and implement custom solutions according to your external needs.
MAKRO AERO Wheel Transportation Dolly is designed to serve both on the apron and in the hangar. It is easily towable. The Wheel Transportation Dolly can accommodate one MLG or one NLG wheel. The dolly is equipped with a U-Shape locking mechanism to stabilize the wheel against vibrations during transportation. Also, the rear ramp door enables rolling the wheel in and out of the dolly comfortably.
MAKRO AERO shelves are designed to store and transport aircraft parts around in the hangar. The shelves move on castor wheels and therefore can be positioned anywhere in the hangar within reach. The castor wheels are equipped with steering locks and brakes to deliver and sustain stability. Shelves are sturdy to withstand aircraft parts and the exterior edge is padded to protect the aircraft in case of a contact. The shelves are delivered in three types.
MAKRO AERO Fan Case Dolly is designed to serve as a work bench onto which the Fan Case can be placed to carry out the required maintenance work. The Fan Case Dolly is comprised of two components attached together to form the full circular shape. The system is height adjustable to lift and lower the Fan Case which enables the technician to reach the desired area during maintenance work. Paint Trestles are used for the painting process. Stabilizing Jacks are equipped to render stability during operation.
MAKRO AERO Nacelle Trolleys are designed and manufactured to transport and store the nacelle units. Sturdy structure is delivered for robustness yet weight is optimized via structural analysis for easy maneuverability. Caster wheels with directional lock and brake features are equipped for mobility. The equipment has small footprint to enable comfortable parking in the hangar area.
MAKRO AERO Brake Change Crane is a handy tool in the hangar area for the technicians. The crane is height adjustable and the boom extends and retracts depending on the need. These functions are delivered with a hydraulically operated mechanism. Suitable for both hangar and apron area. The system can be customized serving for various load requirements.
MAKRO AERO Fuel & Oil Drain Trolleys are designed and manufactured to serve both in the hangar and on the apron area. Large tank capacity with large fill hole for ease of filling. Compact dimensions enable easy handling. Equipped with a towbar for towing function. Protection against fire and heat with bonding wire and a portable fire extinguisher. Double Tanks for environmental safety precaution.
MAKRO AERO Work Tables, PC Stands and Document Holders transform any area in the hangar into office space where effective work can be generated in cooperation with team members. All equipment is equipped with castor wheels for easy mobility and the castor wheels are equipped with steering locks and brakes to allow for repositioning at any desired location. Work Tables, PC Stands and Document Holders are customized according to customer requests.
